There is no refunds on our investment packages as your funds are spent on running costs and project expansion. Investment packages outlined above are backed up by physical land (unless stated otherwise).                           All land that is acquired, developed and managed, is a property of Hades Bay, a private business venture, soon (not later than 06.2025) to be registered as a Stock Joint Company in Poland. 

 

Please note that in order to be compliant with an anti laundering act and to proceed with new investor joining us, we must know our clients identity. This means that we will ask you for a photo ID and a proof of address.

All documentation that can be deemed as sensitive and confidential is stored securely. It is also worth noting that entering any investment with Hades Bay is bonding and there is a contract signed by both parties.
