Email us directly at info@hadesbay.com and let us know how much shares you are interested in acquiring. Series A is currently live with 1 share costing as little as 1,15 euro. Minimum order is 200 shares. Total amount of shares in Series A comes to 1mln shares and makes up 10% of the total volume of capital required to fund all the stages of this long-term project. Assets are backed up by physical lands owned solely by the business.

Application & review
Once your email is received, one of our staff members will contact you by email and engage in further talks, sharing two contracts (available in English/Polish) that will be necessary to be signed in order to invest in HB startup and enter a mutually bonding business relationship. We handle each applicant personally.

Welcome on board
Once successfully passed this stage, and contracts are signed by both parties, you become an official shareholder of our very exciting business venture named Hades Bay. Each share is numbered and assigned to the shareholder for even easier traceability.
*Please note our long-term goal is to hold at least 20 locations world-wide. Land acquisition and development is time consuming and therefore some locations might yet be unavailable, booked out, etc. We will do our best to clarify this at an early stage and answer any questions that you may have once application form is received.
